What you will need...
3 Scoops of Protein Power. Here I'm using 'Velvet Vanilla' from My Protien.
Pop you powder in here...
Add your Banana and mash together with a fork...
Add your Egg Whites...
Give it a bit of a mix with a whisk...
Add a splash of Milk...
A final whisk together
Spray your frying pan with any healthy oil you like. I'm using Fry Light here. But you could use Coconut oil. Then turn the hob on to a medium heat.
Spread half of your pancake batter into the frying pan. You will need to spread it too because the mixture is quite thick. Do this quickly as these cook within 2 mins.
Check after a minute and if they look like this then flip. If not then lay back down until they do! MMM looking good!
Repeat so your Boyfriend doesn't get jealous. BUT this time turn your heat down a smudge because these burn quickly.
Add some extras if you wish. I've added Strawberries and Honey here. Then ENJOY ^_^
There are many variations you could try here's a few ideas... * Chocolate and Banana * Chocolate and a Nut Butter * Banana and Peaches * Vanilla and small amount of Nutella * Strawberry and honey.
The first ingredient is the flavour Powder you use. The second is your added extra. Hope you enjoyed my guide and if you have any question I'll try my hardest to answer them.
