Ingredients: gluten free oats, eggs, oat milk, vanilla extract, ground cloves, vanilla protein powder (I use Jay Robb), 1/2 banana for the mix (rest to serve) cacao butter., fry light.
Tools: hand mixer, spoon, measuring jug, measuring cups, non-stick pan , spatula
Mix : 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup oats, 1/3 cup oat milk, 1 tbs vanilla extract, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 pinch of cloves
Put a non-stick pan on medium/high heat and spray with fry light. Pour enough mix to cover the whole pan and take it away from the heat.
When edges curl up, flip and heat until golden.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of cacao butter on each pancake (the mix makes 2-3 pancakes depending by the size of your pan) (repeat step 3-5)
Roll up and put in the oven for 5-10 mins on 150 degrees celcius.
Put on a plate and serve with the rest of the banana and your favorite berries. Enjoy😋
