STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients.
Dice your mushrooms.
Shred the cabbage.
Thinly slice the green onions.
Shred the fresh ginger.
If you don't have a garlic press, you can mince your garlic.
Add your ground pork to a medium-sized bowl.
Add the shredded cabbage.
Add your diced mushrooms.
Add your garlic.
Add your sliced green onions.
Add Hoisin sauce.
Add your ginger.
Add sesame oil.
Add Sriracha.
Add white pepper.
Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
Place wrappers on a sheet of parchment paper to prevent sticking. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into the center of each wrapper.
Use your fingers to wet the edges of the wrappers with water.
Fold the wrappers over to create a triangle shape.
Pinch all edges to seal.
Crimp your edges folding a small section over the others. Repeat entire process with all potstickers.
Heat your vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potstickers in a single layer.
Cook until crispy and golden, which can take about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
