In a small bowl mix all the seasonings together.
I forgot to take a pic!! But... After you mix the seasonings. Add the olive oil. Stir up real good.
1: Wash the potato. 2: Slice it in half. 3: place face down. 4: slice in half again then continue to slice into wedges.
Wedges! Place them in a bowl & separate them with your fingers.
Pour the olive oil/seasoning mix.
Use your hands to make sure all the wedges get covered with the mix.
After the grill is hot n ready. Place the wedges on the grill one at a time.
Leave them on one side for about 3 minutes. Flip them over. For another 3 minutes.
Voila! They are done!! They will be hot!!
- 1.0tsp Sea or Kosher salt
- 1/2tsp Paprika
- 1/2tsp Cumin
- 1/2tsp Black pepper
- 1/2tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Onion powder
- 1/2tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2tsp Seasoned salt
- 2.0Tbsp Olive oil
- 4.0 Potatoes
