Brush the potato with olive oil
Put potatoes in baking sheet
Bake for 45 min to an hour on 400
Add sea salt inside and out
Put back in the oven and continue cooking for 7 minutes on each side
Add cheese and bacon. Put back in the oven until the cheese melts
Add sour cream and green onions
