I'm having guests for dinner tomorrow and I'm home late from work so I'll prepare as much as I can today. Potato salad will even be better tomorrow.

Start by boiling your potatoes. Drain your yogurt you are using a lower % than 10 because else it will make your dressing thinner. I use a sharp mustard. Use any kind you want to. Add mayo and stir.

Add the onions before the potatoes so you don't mash the potatoes.

Slice your potatoes thinly. I'm lazy so I use my egg slicer. 😉

Gradually stir in your potatoes again to avoid mashing them

I used the green top from an onion, but you can use chives. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste

Pansies can be eaten, they don't taste much but look nice.
