Peal off the potato skin
Cut it into parts and half then boil it.
Mashed the boiled potato and season it with salt and pepper.
Top : Add one raw egg and 1/2 cup of flour and mix Bottom : scoop a portion of mashed potato then drop it in a bowl of flour
Fry the patties in a dip fry at 170 degree celsius for beautiful golden brown patties.
