Wash potatoes well and cut it into thin slices using a sharp kitchen knife
Put all potato slices in a bowl filled with water and salt and let it sit for 15 - 20 minutes
During the presence of potato slices in the bowl heat the water
When the water boils , put a vinegar
Filter the potato slices from water
Put the potato slices in the water for 5 minutes
Filter the potato slices again
Dry the potato slices in a towel
Heat the oil and gently drop a few potato slices into the hot oil until the chips are evenly browned
Sprinkle with salt
