How to make potato and rosemary pizza

Peel one large or two small potatoes

Peel

Place in microwave

Slice potato thinly. Place evenly over base. Add rosemary leaves.

Add oil

Place on pizza stone cooker.

Slightly over cooked but delicious potato pizza.

Slice into six.
