Set your oven to 200 degrees before get your ingredients, as this goes quick!
Poor all the dry parts in a bowl and mix well with a whisk!
Ad your olive oil to the milk.
Stir it all around until even, takes about 30 seconds.
When your dough looks like this you are done.
Butter your pots.
Ad the dough with a spoon and even out with cold water on your finger.
Ad some olive oil and nice salt on top and put the pots in the oven.
After 30 minutes inside, they come out like this.
Experiment with mixing in herbs, spices, cheese you can also ad a little yogurt and sugar. Also play with different pots. Just have fun!
Serve as a side or a quick warm bread for breakfast!
