Gather all of your ingredients. Start by boiling the pasta in a large pot.
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan.
Add Garlic and Pinon Nuts to the Butter and stir.
Cook on medium heat until Pinon Nuts are golden brown / toasted. About 3 minutes. Do NOT Burn! They cook quickly!
Add Half of the oil to the cooked pasta and stir.
Add the other half of the Olive Oil to the cooked Pinon Nuts and stir.
Mix cooked Pinon Nuts into Pasta.
Add Red Chili flakes Season to taste using Parmesan, Salt, and Pepper. Mix.
Serve warm or cold and Enjoy!
