Cut in half and take the seeds in a bowl carefully.
Add water about 1 cup or half cup (depends on how much pomegranates you have). Add sugar or your preference sweetener to your taste.
Filter the blended mix on to a can or bowl.
And enjoy a healthy delicious pomegranate juice. (Refrigerate for better taste).
