INGREDIENTS
The ingredients you will need are: 1/4cup of sugar 1cup of pomegranate juice 1/4cup water 2tablespoons cornflour 1envolope unflavoured gelatine 2packets of Rasberry jelly crystals
Put pomegranate on chopping board(you may need four or five)
Cut in half
Take out the seeds and put in a bowl
Juice 250ml into a measuring cup and use a sieve so to just get juice
Mix 1 envelope of unflavoured gelatine and 1/4 cup of cold water in a bowl. Let stand for one minute
Mix together 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a saucepan
Whisk in juice and gelatine into the saucepan until blended
Bring to boil on medium heat and cook for five minutes. Stirring constantly
Take off heat and add 2 packagers of flavoured dry gelatine mixes. Stir for two minutes or until all dissolved
Pour into 9 by 5inch loaf pan and put in fridge for about one and a half hours or until set
Cut into twenty four pieces and serve

Health and safety After boiling make sure to be careful because saucepan may be hot. When cutting out be careful of your fingers. Always was hands before making
