Now Gather your materials for the design.If you don't have dotting tools you could always use a bobby pin,toothpick,or even the back of a paintbrush

Take your black & make dots close to your cuticle & half way down your nail

Do the same with the white,but make the dots closer to the tip of your nail

Repeat to all of your nails then apply your topcoat & your design is finished!
