I made some plum juice and used the leftover pulp to make plum jam

Heat up the pulp and add sugar and cinnamon. You can also use ginger or cloves. Bring to the boil and you are done. Will keep for 2-3 month in the fridge.

  • 150.0g Sugar
  • 1.0 stick cinnamon
