Place damp strips in a dryer bag, dry for about 5 to 10 minutes.

After your strips have dried, take one and fold the end like this.

Now sew! Sew a stitch right down the middle. When you reach the end of the strip, take another one, fold the end and place it about 1/4" over the end of the first strip and sew together.
