STEPS
TOOLS
Here are all the supply's you will need. Let's get started!!!!
Pour 1 cup of flour into saucepan
Now add your 1/4 cup of salt to the saucepan
Add in the Kool-Aid mix. This smells so good!
Add in 2 tablespoons of the cream of tartar. This will help make the final product soft and last longer.
Mix all your dry ingredients together.
Pour in the 1 cup of warm water. The color of the Kool-Aid is starting to show! So gorgeous!
Add in 2 tablespoons of oil. It does not have to be olive oil it could be vegetable oil or canola oil.
Bring the stove to a medium heat.
Mix on the stove for 4 to 5 minutes. It may seem like the liquid will never turn into play dough but don't give up it eventually will.
After a few minutes several lumps will begin to form
A dough ball will eventually form
Turn the stove off and let the dough ball sit for a few minutes.
Finally you can pour your play dough out of the saucepan.
Try playing with it. The color doesn't stick to your hands and the dough should be very soft and easy to pull apart.
Store your play dough in a plastic bag in your refrigerator this is optional but it will help make the dough last longer
Have fun making play dough. I had more Kool-Aid packets so I made more colors.
Here are all of my play dough balls. I hope you enjoyed watching. And I hope you try this out!
