On floured surface spread dough out with hands into about 12 inch pie shape. Using olive oil, oil one side of the pizza at this point. That will be the side that goes on the grill toward the flame.
Heat grill on high heat. Once grill is warm put the oiled side down and reduce heat to low. Grill dough 3 mins, it will bubble up and that is fine. Now remove dough and bring back inside.
Now oil the other side of the dough and flip it over and top the side you have already grilled. Again turn up heat on grill and when hot lower to low and slide the pie on ingredients up.
3 to 5 mins lid shut the cheese should melt and you are ready to eat.

- 2 dough balls from Trader Joes or your local store
- Pesto and traditional red sauce
- Olive oil
- Salami and pre Cooked chicken breast
- Fresh mozzarella and or buffalo mozzarella
