After kneading the dough, place it in a clean bowl, and cut a shallow cross on it to help it growing.

Cover it with a humid/wet clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm and enclosed place.  Your oven is probably good. (DO NOT TURN IT ON)

After letting it rise for 3 hours, it should have doubled or tripled in size.

Take the dough out of the bowl and briefly knead it into smaller balls. One ball should weight about 200g for a 32cm thin crust pizza. Make your balls accordingly to the desired shape and thickness.

Cover with the same towel as before and let rest for 15-20min before using them. Enjoy!
