1 cup of warm water

Pour the warm water in the middle

Mix on speed 1 for 3 minutes then on speed 2 for 1 or 2 minutes

Add 1/2 cup of warm water while mixing

Looks good already

Cover with plastic

Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes

Cut pieces with a knife

Shape the pieces as you go into balls

Flatten the balls with your fingers

Put them in a large bowl covered with a clean cloth

Separate the flattened balls with the cloth

Cover with plastic wrap

Let rest 15 minutes in a warm place

After 15 minutes

Roll the flattened balls with a little flour into very thin and even circles

Put on a frying pan for 20 seconds on medium low heat (3 1/2 on mine)

Remove from frying pan and put in the oven on broil (high)

After a few seconds the bread begins to separate

Remove from the oven when the top is barely brown

Cool upside down and store in freezer if any left (best eaten hot with butter and jelly right out of the oven)
