In a mixibg bowl, mix all of the component except water
Start kneading and gradually add some water. If you find it too sticky, just add a little bit of flour
Transfer to a bowl which has been rubbed with some oil. Rub the dough with little bit of oil to prevent crack. Let the dough rest for at least 30 mnts
Shape into small dough. The recipe makes 9 small dough. Let it have a rest again for another 10 mnts
Roll the dough using rolling pin or just flatten it with your hand. Once again, so very me ☺ roti shape doesnt matter hehe
Preheat the sauacepan and pan-fried the dough for at least 1-2 mnts on each side. If you find some pops from your dough, dont worry it is just normal
