Combine the crumbly mixture with your hands to form a smooth dough.

Divide in half(sorry no photo), add almond flour and mix well.

You end up with two balls of dough - almond and cocoa.

Between two sheets of parchment paper, roll the dough out into a rectangle 1/4cm thick.
