How to make pineapple upside cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Set out all your ingredients and get them ready

Melt butter in a skillet or sauce pan

Spray pan

Pour butter into the pan

Evenly sprinkle brown sugar over butter and spread it out

Arrange pineapple on top of the mixture

Cut cherries in half and place them in the center of each pineapple

Set aside

Combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil, and instant pudding in a large bowl

Pour batter evenly over the fruit

Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Cool cake completely

Invert onto serving plate
