Ingredients. Awfully simple readily available
Cut up pineapple slices into chunks
Add fresh cream and cream cheese
Start blending em. Pulse several times to do so
Required consistency and texture. Like cold, thick custard
Pour in a shallow dish to set in fridge like ice cream
When it's set. Scoop out or Cut into squares as you like. And garnish with any fruits or chocolate. Any toppings you can think of that'll compliment the soufflé
I did with chocolate button, fresh fig, mango and grapes
