INGREDIENTS
Cut the pineapple in smaller pieces.
Chop the leek and the garlic.
Slice the chicken in smaller pieces.
Fry the chicken and when it has some color add the garlic and the red curry paste.
See to that the curry paste is well blended into the chicken.
Add coconut milk...
...and the chopped pineapple.
- 300.0g Chicken fillets
- 2.0 Garlic cloves
- 3.0tsp Red curry
- 400.0ml Coconut milk
- 100.0ml Pineapple syrup
- 5.0 Pineapple rings
- 4.0 Lime leaves
- 3.0Tbsp Fresh mint
