In a small sauce pan, add 1/2 c sugar and 2 TB flour and mix well

Next add 1/2 cup pineapple juice and one egg

Cook this over medium low heat. It will thicken quickly so be sure to keep whisking. Once it thickens, turn heat off and remove

Mix and it's done!! This is one of my favorite salads we ate with dinner. It's wonderful with savory dishes..one of my aunt Glenda's favorite dishes she used to make me growing up x
