Gather ingredients
In a bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar (to taste), honey (if needed to thicken sauce slightly).
Slice sausage into small pieces.
Use toothpicks to spear pineapple and then sausage. Dip into sauce and place in pan lined with aluminum paper or parchment paper. Heat for approx. 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees.
