Prepare all ingredients
Sauté pork belly in oil
Add Onions , ginger & Tomatoes and sweat @ 5 minutes
Add squash and cook @ 10 minutes
Add the rest of vegetables and cook on medium heat @ 10 minute
Add Shrimp and shrimp paste - simmer until vegetables and shrimps are cooked.
Cooking covered will help keep liquids from evaporating
