Sift flour and add sugar to mix

Place butter in pan on stove top and then set to mid to hot heat and move the butter around until whole pan is covered, you may need to add more butter.

Add the pike-let mix to the pan in small circular spots that cover around a sixth of the surface once bubbles start to form flip them over rinse and repeat until pike-let's appear cooked.

Add ice cream to pike-let's and enjoy.
