Pulse flour, sugar, salt in a food processor. Add butter, pulse until the texture of a very coarse meal.
Add 1/2 cup of ice water, adding more water if it is still dry. Continue this until dough come together in clumps. Then chill the dough.
Before rolling out the dough let it sit out in room temperature for 15 minutes. Then roll out into thin pie crust.
Press the top dough to the bottom dough with a fork. Once complete cook for 9 minutes.
