Chop up your veggies. When you're done, put your veggies into a glass jar. I like to put the veggies in a little bit at a time in an alternating pattern so everything is thoroughly mixed.

Boil all other liquid and dry ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Then pour into jar of veggies.

Loosely cover until cool and keep it stored in a cool dry place overnight. Enjoy it the next day :)

  • 3.0 Asian cucumbers
  • 3.0 Stalks of celery
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 5.0 Green peppers or 3 jalapeño peppers
  • 1.0c Shoyu
  • 3/4c Sugar
  • 2/3c White distilled vinegar
  • 2.0c Water
  • 1.0 Green Mango (optional)
