Rinse the radishes.
Slice them thin.
Mix vinegar, sugar and water.
Add the radishes and soak at least 1 hour.
It takes less than an hour to get the wonderful color you see in the final photo. Sadly I erased the photo of the radishes in the bowl all pink..
The radishes are ready to serve after 1 hour but you can also put the radishes in a container for later use. Store in the fridge until served.
The color is rather fantastic, don't you agree?!

- 50.0ml Vinegar
- 100.0ml Sugar
- 150.0ml Water
