Peel and slice mangoes.
Add salt, toss, and season for approximately 2 hours.
Pour in sugar. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for another 2 hours. You'll see that the salt has drawn out the liquid from the fruit.
Pack in mason jar. Don't forget to pour in liquid. That's the best part!
Store for 2 days before devouring!
