First, lay a thin piece of ham flat on the cutting board.
Then, spread cream cheese on the ham. Tip: Put the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it easier to spread.
Next, lay the pickle on one end of the ham. Tip: Dry off your pickle first using a paper towel. This will help it roll more easily.
Then roll the pickle in the ham. It helps to secure the ham with a toothpick so that it won't unroll.
Use a knife to cut the pickle into smaller pieces.
Finally, eat and enjoy one of my favorite snacks!
