In a bowl, add chopped or pieces of almonds, cashews, and walnuts.
The recipe calked for Maple Syrup but I used Maple Agave. Whatever lights your fire.
Roughly a cup of Smart Balance which I used instead of butter.
Zest and juice this puppy.
Not shown: adding the water and some chia seeds. You can get creative and add different seeds and nuts.
Mix and spread onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 2 hours stirring every 30 mins. When the liquid is absorbed its ready!

- 4oz Almonds
- 4oz Cashews
- 4oz Walnuts
- 1lb Oats
- 1/2Tbl Cinnamon
- 1/2Tbl Nutmeg
- 1 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 Stick Butter cut into pieces
- 1 Orange, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup Water
