Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350
Open meat and wipe off with paper towels
Roast garlic in pan
It should start looking like this
Peal off outside of the garlic
Smash garlic with some salt
Poke holes in meat
Shake on a lot of cumin, pepper and salt
Rub on garlic paste, try to push some into the knife holes
Flip meat and season with cumin, pepper, and salt then rub the meat
Cover meat in turmeric
Place meat in roast pan
Sprinkle on red wine vinegar
Pour on four cups of water on the side of the mea and shake some salt in the water
Place in the oven for two to three hours
Should look like this when done, enjoy
