I like this stevia brand- add 5 packets of stevia into your mixing bowl
Add one tablespoon of peppermint oil into your mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 -1 teaspoon of vanilla to your bowl.
I chill my can in the freezer first.
Poor your chilled coconut milk over your peppermint oil, vanilla, and stevia.
Poor your mixture into your running ice-cream maker
I prefer an electric machine
You will want to keep an eye on your ice cream. Once it starts to thicken- that's the time to sprinkle on your chocolate.
You can buy cocoa nibs, but I prefer a good old candy bar.
It's easy to put your candy bar through a food processor. Or most standard mason jars will screw onto your blender base- DIY magic bullet*
Once your ice-cream starts to thicken you will want to sprinkle your chocolate into your running ice-cream machine. This way the chocolate is mixed in evenly. And Eat it :)
- 1.0 Can coconut milk
- 1.0tsp Vanilla
- 1.0Tbsp Peppermint oil
- 5.0 Stevia packets
- 1.0 Ice cream machine
- 1.0 Dark chocolate bar
