INGREDIENTS
Use about one cup of milk. Add Chocolate Syrup. Usually about a 5-10 second Hold.
Stir until it is well Mixed. Then Microwave until desired hotness. Usually a minute or two.
Top with a generous amount of whipped cream. This will melt and add to the creaminess of the cocoa.
Top with a Sprinkles and a Marshmallow Peep.
