gather all ingredents
Combine sugars in a bowls and mix with a fork to break apart all clumps
In your sauce pan combine heavy cream and butter
Add sugars into the sauce pan.
Stir until just combined then put the spoon down and let it continue to boil
Let Boil until it hits a softball stage of about 240 degrees F
Remove from heat then add pecans. Stir until combined about 30 seconds
Then spoon a tablespoon of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool completely then serve
