If you don't have sour cream then add 1/2 lemon to the Creme fraiche. Also add lemon juice to the Chantilly if using that. And if you have sour cream just put together the desert

It is a very simple desert but very tasty. If you like the bread crumbs crunchy, then put it together just before the meal otherwise it will be also delicious if prepared few hours ahead
