Make the dressing by combining the peanut butter, sesame oil, canola oil, soy sauce, lime juice and chili garlic sauce in a bowl. Microwave 1-2 minutes and stir until combined.
Lightly oil the noodles with canola to keep them from sticking, then pour in the sauce and add the veggies. Mix well and add more of whatever you like. Serve with cilantro and lime wedges. :)
