  • 20.0oz soba noodles, cooked al dente, and then rinsed
  • 4.0c veggies of choice, sliced thin or bite size
  • 4.0 green onions, sliced thin
  • cilantro for topping
  • juice of one lime
  • 0.0c smooth peanut butter
  • 1.0Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.0Tbsp sesame oil
