First, preheat oven to 180 Degrees C. Spray a baking tray with nonstick spray and then line it with baking paper
Have all ingredients ready
Add the butter and 3/4 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
Stir the mixture until smooth and combined. Let it cool slightly
Whisk 1 cup of the sugar into the chocolate mixture. Then add 2 of the eggs, before whisking in the vanilla extract.
Stir together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add all of the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture and stir until combined.
Spread the mixture onto the baking tray and heat in the oven for 10 minutes
In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, remaining 1 cup of sugar, and 1 egg. Stir the chocolate chips in.
Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture on top of the partially cooked brownies. Put the tray back into the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is light brown.
For the glaze, heat the cream and vanilla extract in the microwave until bubbly and warm.
Add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and combined
When brownies are cooked, take them out and let them sit until cool.
Spread the glaze over the cooled brownies and set in the fridge
Once they are firm, cut them up and enjoy!

- 3/4c Chocolate chips
- 1/3c Chocolate chips
- 120.0g Unsalted butter
- 3.0 Eggs
- 2.0c White sugar, divided
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.0c Plain flour
- 1/4tsp Baking soda
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 1.0c Peanut butter
- Chocolate glaze:
- 1.0c Thickened cream
- 1.0tsp Vanilla extract
- 350.0g Chopped chocolate
