Stir powdered sugar, peanut butter, and butter until evenly mix. You can also add water for a base.
Shape peanut butter mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
Let balls sit in fridge for 20 minutes.
Melt the chocolate by placing it into a glass bowl over top a pot with boiling water. Make sure to stir in the chocolate to make sure it's melted.
Dip the balls into melted chocolate and coat the balls.
Place the balls back into the fridge to dry.
