Preheat oven to 220 degrees
Prepare oven tray by spraying oil on the tray and lining it with baking paper.
Cut pastry into rounds and place 1/2 peach cut edge down on pastry.
Glaze pastry edge with syrup from can and sprinkle with sugar
Place pastry rounds on oven tray and top with a peach half, cut side down. Glaze the edge with syrup, then sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with prepared custard.
