I used plates and bowls to have the different levels of a Christmas tree
Beat the egg white on low medium until opaque. Add the sugar one spoon at a time leaving 10-15 secs between each addition. When all is sugar is finished. Beat on high 1 min. Fold in Starch & vinegar
With a spatula spread 4 cm thick circles. And bake 1 hr at 110-120C oven. Depends on your oven
Here I have the 5 layers of meringue
The ingredients to make the whipped cream. Mascarpone, icing sugar and heavy cream.
Use 3-4 tbsp mascarpone
Add 4-5 tbsp icing sugar. (Depends how sweet you like the desert.
The whipped cream is ready sart building the cake. First layer
Put the fruits you want . I have rasberries and passion fruits
Second layer
Blackberries, passion fruits and kiei
And so on
- 200.0g Egg whites
- 300.0g Caster sugar (fine sugar)
- 2.0Tbsp Corn starch
- 1.0Tbsp Vinegar

- 500.0ml Heavy cream
- 250.0 Mascarpone
- 100.0g Icing sugar
