INGREDIENTS
Combine pork and all ingredients for 1 pound of pork
Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles using cup or tin
1 heaping tsp of pork mixture for each circle
Cover with circle and pad edges
Brush with egg yolk, top with a little salt
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
And you are done

- Ground pork
- Chopped onion
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 0.0tsp Pepper
- 1.0tsp Sugar
- 1.0Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1.0 Egg for 1 pound
