How to make pastel hair dye

Have all materials gathered :)

Squirt a desired amount of your conditioner into the bowl

Add a teeny bit of the dye

I'm using "Red Passion" from manic panic

Mix it all together. Mine came out sorta pink

Take a section of hair. I suggest that if you have naturally dark hair like me, you lighten it.

Thoroughly saturate until frothy

My dye instructs me to wait 30 minutes and then rinse hair in cold water

So, it's been 30 minutes and it's time to rinse your hair with cold water

So you should get something like this :D
