Supplies (Missing: Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper)

Dice tomatoes and roll basil leaves to slice.

Drizzle about a TBS or 2 of olive oil on medium heat. Once heated, add tomatoes.

Once salted water reaches a rolling boil, add capellini (angel hair pasta).

Once tomatoes have softened, add a chopped clove of garlic and stir. Salt and pepper time too.

Add yummy basil! It will wilt pretty fast.

Drain al dente pasta. Optional, but toss with a drizzle of olive oil for flavor and to separate strands.

Add pasta to tomato mixture and toss, add parmesan to taste as well.

And voila! Nothing fancy but such a comforting and flavorful meal. Enjoy with wine and loves!
