Put eggs and flour into food processor (or you can mix together with a well on the counter, gradually incorporating the flour)
Pulse for 30-60 seconds, until combined. If it's too sticky, add flour. If it's too dry, add just a little water.
Knead the dough
Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Cut a small piece of the dough off
Use a rolling pin to roll it out
Feed it through the pasta maker
You can also just use a rolling pin to make it very fiat
Feed it through the cutter or you can also just cut it by hand with a knife
Boil some water and then add the noodles
