Rinse and dry mushrooms on a paper towel.  Slice them in quarters and place in bowl.

  • 1/4c Lemon juice
  • 3.0tsp Minced garlic
  • 2.0tsp Dried rosemary or Thyme
  • 1/4c Shaved Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray
